L.O.V.E. Our Youth – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 07/01/2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and L.O.V.E. Our Youth, Inc. (“Organization,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing the use of any organization-provided hardware, software, and related services (“Technology Resources”).

By accessing or using a device or software provided by L.O.V.E. Our Youth, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the device or associated services.

1. License Grant and Scope

L.O.V.E. Our Youth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the device and pre-installed software solely for work, education, or organizational purposes.

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or disable any installed security software or configuration
  • Install unauthorized applications that violate policy
  • Use the device for illegal or harmful activities

2. Device Ownership and Management

All devices remain the property of L.O.V.E. Our Youth. The organization retains full administrative rights and may:

  • Monitor device usage
  • Push configurations and updates
  • Install or remove applications remotely
  • Lock or wipe the device if lost, stolen, or misused

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Protect the device from damage, loss, or theft
  • Use the device in accordance with the organization’s acceptable use policy
  • Promptly report any issues or security incidents
  • Return the device upon request or upon separation from the organization

4. Privacy and Monitoring

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Activity on the device may be monitored, logged, and reviewed
  • Internet usage, application access, and location may be tracked
  • No expectation of privacy exists for activity conducted on the device

5. Support and Maintenance

L.O.V.E. Our Youth IT staff or designated support providers will manage device maintenance. Users must not attempt unauthorized repairs or circumvent management controls.

6. Termination

This agreement is valid until:

  • The device is returned
  • You are no longer affiliated with the organization
  • The organization revokes your access or license

Upon termination, you must return the device in its original condition, less normal wear.

7. Limitation of Liability

L.O.V.E. Our Youth is not liable for any personal data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from use or malfunction of the device.

8. Amendments

L.O.V.E. Our Youth reserves the right to amend this EULA at any time. Continued use of the device constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
