Thank you for agreeing to volunteer for the Career Lounge. L.O.V.E. Our Youth, Inc. collaborates with organizations that believe in the future of our youth by providing expertise in project management and assisting organizations in meeting common goals through the collective impact framework. We appreciate EXL for sponsoring this program and making it available at no cost to youth and other youth organizations.
What is Career Lounge?
Career Lounge is a panel interview-style conversation where we motivate, inspire, and educate our middle and high school youth on the tools needed for the pathway to successful futures beyond high school.
Here’s what we will cover during the session:
- Each panelist will share about themselves and their career journey.
- How and why you entered your current industry.
- Sharing your expertise based on the topic you selected.
How To Sign-Up
- Form Your Panel: Each EXL business unit is invited to form a team of four to five panelists. Once your team is confirmed, complete the following steps together.
- Select Your Topic: Review the discussion topics and interview questions, and select one topic for your team’s conversation.
- Choose Your Date and Time: Use the Career Lounge volunteer sign-up form to select a date and time that works for your entire team.
- Submit Your Bios and Headshots: Once your session is scheduled, submit a bio and headshot for each panelist.
