Thank you for agreeing to volunteer for the Career Lounge. L.O.V.E. Our Youth, Inc. collaborates with organizations that believe in the future of our youth by providing expertise in project management and assisting organizations in meeting common goals through the collective impact framework. We appreciate EXL for sponsoring this program and making it available at no cost to youth and other youth organizations.

What is Career Lounge?

Career Lounge is a panel interview-style conversation where we motivate, inspire, and educate our middle and high school youth on the tools needed for the pathway to successful futures beyond high school.

During this session, we will cover:

  • Each panelist sharing about themselves and their career journey.
  • How and why you entered your current industry.
  • Sharing your expertise based on the topic you selected.

How To Sign-Up

  1. Review the topics listed here so you can select it in the “Calendly” form, while you select a date/time that works best for your team.
  2. Click here to submit your team’s bio and headshots for each participant.
